Windows and doors, as one of the four major enclosure components of building energy efficiency, are the weak links in building thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation. The main technical measures to improve the performance of the whole window


(1) Glass


a. Changes in the structure of the glass: hollow rate, low emissivity (low E) insulating glass.


b. Change the different types of gas in the cavity: filling inert gas. Because inert gas is heavier than air, it is not suitable for flow, and it can be used to reduce the system heat transfer correlation coefficient by 0.2W/m2K.


c. Replacement of insulating glass heat insulator: aluminum heat insulator, heat conduction is large; warm heat insulator, heat conduction is small, improve the surface temperature of the glass edge, effectively reduce the glass surface condensation; reduce the heat transfer coefficient strip, insulating glass can make the inner surface of the glass increased by 3 ~ 4 degrees, or make the insulating glass 75mm position temperature increased by 2 degrees 4 degrees.


(2) Aluminum alloy profile


Increase the heat break distance of aluminum profile: Increase the width of heat insulation strip. Choose good thermal insulation frame: Frame is another weak link of heat loss of window, frame has great influence on the performance of the whole window. Change the size of the cavity profile: Large cavities are divided into small cavities using finned insulating strips, bars, etc. in the insulating cavity.
